When a passenger on a Thomas Cook flight found out the plane was going to be delayed because of a glitch and they would have to wait for an engineer to be flown in to fix the problem, one passanger stepped up to the challenge!

After the airline checked the man’s qualification, they found out he was a certified engineer for Thomsonfly. The plane, which was expected to be 8hrs delayed, was a mere 35 minutes late!
