Take Care of Your Body

With all the stress of ever day life, you need to make sure you are paying attention to your mind and body. Sally Wadyka from Real Simple has offered some advice on CNNHealth.com to “Keep your mind and body in top condition.”

Remember:

  • Any exercise is good, it will help your bones, muscles, lungs — even your brain
  • Eating right will help you  keep your  heart, eyes and brain healthy
  • Don’t forget about our feet, teeth and skin– they all need special attention too!
